The copying and use of third-party website materials accessed via our website are governed by the terms of use applicable to the third-party site which you have accessed. All other product or corporate names, figures, logos, icons, graphics or design contained in the Website Materials are trademarks belonging to the respective owners.

The website materials are provided free of charge on an ”as is” basis. We shall not be liable for losses arising out of use of this website, whether a) direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage or b) any loss of profits, revenue, contracts, data, or goodwill, or c) any loss arising from work stoppage or computer failure. We disclaim any liability for any errors in or omissions from information, materials and functions included in the website materials.


Terms of Business

Our website materials are provided for general information purposes only and the subsequent supply of any product or service is subject to the terms and conditions of the normal bloom™ hearing specialists conditions of sale and supply.


HCPC compliance

bloom hearing specialists' Hearing Aid Dispensers are registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC). All Dispensers act in accordance with the standards of conduct, performance, continual professional development and ethics as demanded as a registrant of the HCPC. Full information can be obtained from the HCPC website.


£1 deposit

When purchasing hearing aids, we require a £1 holding deposit before these are dispatched to you. If you decide you do not want to keep the hearing aids, then the £1 deposit will be refunded on the card you paid with. This can take up to 14 days from when we receive the hearing aids back. In the highly unlikely event of a problem, which we would make every endeavour to resolve with you, we reserve the right to charge the full retail value of the hearing aids.


60 Day Money Back Guarantee

All hearing aids are supplied subject to your satisfaction and if you are not satisfied, providing that the hearing aid is returned within 60 days from the date of fitting and it is in its original, as new, condition you are entitled to a full refund of the agreed purchase price. Refunds will be processed within 28 days upon receipt of the hearing aids. If the aid has to be returned to the manufacturer for modification or any reason whatsoever the period as aforesaid will be extended by the number of days you are without the device. Nothing in this clause will affect your statutory rights.


Notice of the Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order prior to delivery. If any custom work has been undertaken we reserve the right to charge for this. This right can be exercised by contacting your bloom representative or bloom head office by post or email at:

The notice of cancellation is deemed to be served as soon as it is posted or, in the case of electronic communication, from the day it is sent.


Warranties

New hearing devices supplied are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for a period of 48 months from the date of fitting or to comply with the Manufacturer’s Warranty. All assistive listening devices supplied are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for a period of 24 months from the date of fitting or to comply with the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Repairs will be made free of charge during this period. Accidental damage is not covered by bloom hearing specialists or any manufacturer’s warranty. Remakes are free of charge from the date of fitting for 6 months only. Out of warranty repairs which have been paid for are guaranteed for 6 months from date of return to the client. Our lifetime aftercare service includes free hearing tests, advice and instrument adjustments.
