We make sure they are working properly with free cleaning and check-ups.

You routinely have your hearing reassessed, at which point your hearing aids can be adjusted if your natural hearing levels have altered.

With wireless technology we can arrange for your hearing aids to receive sound direct from your TV, landline, or mobile phone.

Continuous hearing

In the unlikely event that your hearing aids need repair, bloomâ„¢ aim to fix and return them withing 24-hours.

If repairs take longer, we provide you with a free courtesy pair to wear until they are ready.

If over 4 years, ask about extended warranties.

4-year Warranty

Hearing aids bought from bloom enjoy a 4-year manufacturer warranty.

This covers parts and labour, but not accidental damage - which your home insurance may cover.

Regular, free, servicing will ensure that your warranty remains in force. About warranties.
