As we adjust to the new "normal", bloom want to make absolutely sure that the hearing healthcare service you receive from us is just as good as before, while keeping you and our staff as safe as possible. That is why with our Safe and Sound commitment you will have the best hearing possible whilst minimising risk and keeping you safe and sound
An important part of this is our Remote Care service which allows us to make adjustments to your hearing aids, fix problems and even upgrade to new hearing aids if needed.
We are really pleased by how well this service has been received by our customers and they especially like that the easy-to-use technology means they can get the same great service but all from the comfort of their armchair!
As we move forward, our branches will start to reopen on a pre-booked appointment basis only. Additional hygiene procedures will also be carried out, as well as the use of appropriate PPE for both branch and home visits.
Training and full PPE have been put in place to ensure social distancing is achieved during all of our appointments except for the clinical procedures which require us to be closer, these will be kept to the minimum length of time possible and correct PPE will be worn throughout.
