An important part of this is our Remote Care service which allows us to make adjustments to your hearing aids, fix problems and even upgrade to new hearing aids if needed.

We are really pleased by how well this service has been received by our customers and they especially like that the easy-to-use technology means they can get the same great service but all from the comfort of their armchair!

As we move forward, our branches will start to reopen on a pre-booked appointment basis only. Additional hygiene procedures will also be carried out, as well as the use of appropriate PPE for both branch and home visits.

Training and full PPE have been put in place to ensure social distancing is achieved during all of our appointments except for the clinical procedures which require us to be closer, these will be kept to the minimum length of time possible and correct PPE will be worn throughout. THE SAFE AND SOUND PROCESS

Initial Hearing Assessment

You will be initially assessed over the telephone by one of our qualified Audiologists. They will take you through the process and answer any questions you may have.

Remote Link Delivery

If you wish to trial new hearing aids or adjust your existing ones then we will send you a remote link with easy to follow instructions so we can access them.

Remote Care Appointment

The remote link will allow our Audiologist to talk directly to you through a video link, whilst having direct access to your hearing aids. This allows us to assess them and make any adjustments required to the hearing aids to suit your personal needs.

Face to Face Appointment

If a face to face visit is required your Audiologist will arrange this and talk you through the process.

Branches open only for Pre-Booked Appointments

Our branches will be open for the exclusive use of pre-booked customers and members of their household. This is to ensure you have no additional interactions other than with the Audiologist.
